Rates for the following weeks: AT&T Pro Am, Washington's
Birthday, 4th of July, Labor Day, Auto Show in Pebble Beach, Thanks
Giving and New Year: $175/night.
A cleaning fee of $75 is required.
A security deposit of $250 which fully refundable is required to make
reservations.
Cancellations within two weeks of the reservation date will forfeit the
deposit.
